Arrival & Check-In
Q: Can I drop off my luggage before check-in time?
A: Yes, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us if you arrive before check-in free of charge.
Q: Can I check in late at night (e.g., 1 AM)?
A: Yes, our reception is open at night. You can check in anytime from the start of your reservation date.
Q: What time is check-out, and can I check out early or late?
A: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. You can check out earlier if needed. For late check-out, please ask in advance, depending on availability, a fee may apply.
Rooms & Amenities
Q: Do the rooms have washing machines and dryers?
A: Most rooms are equipped with washing machines and drying racks. A dryer is available for an extra fee. Some studio and ground floor apartments may not include them,please check the room description.
Q: Is daily or weekly cleaning included?
A: For stays of 14+ days, one free cleaning is included. For shorter stays or extra cleaning, the fee is 500 CZK per service.
Q: Do you change towels every day?
A: Towels are changed upon request.
Q: Is there Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and common areas.
Q: Do you offer apartments with two rooms?
A: Yes, our Superior Apartments have two rooms.
Q: Do you have twin beds or can you separate the beds?
A: Beds cannot be separated, but some rooms have sofa beds available if needed. One bedroom and a living room with a kitchen.
Q: Are all rooms air-conditioned?
A: Yes, all apartments have AC.
Q: Is there an elevator?
A: Yes, the building has a lift.
Policies
Q: Is smoking allowed on the balcony or anywhere on the property?
A: No. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including balconies and all outdoor areas. Smoking is permited only infront of the main entrance.
Q: Can minors (16–17 years old) stay at the hotel?
A: Yes, minors can stay with valid ID.
Q: What is your guest policy?
A: Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours must be respected.
Parking & Transport
Q: Is parking available?
A: We recommend using the nearby Garage Muzeum (800 CZK/day) or Parkingcard.cz for parking in Prague 2. Street parking is also an option.
Q: Can I park my motorbike at the property?
A: No, but it’s legal to park motorcycles on the street in front of the building.
Q: Do you offer airport transfers?
A: We are cooperating with Liftago to offer discounted prices for transfers to any locations.
Other Info
Q: Are there supermarkets nearby?
A: Yes, there’s a Žabka store right across the street and larger stores like Tesco Express and Albert within 5–10 minutes walking distance.
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: No, we do not accept cash payments, only online card payments are accepted.
Q: Do you allow children or babies?
A: Yes, children are welcome. We can provide necessary baby equipment on request.
